By inviting the Bot, keeping it in a Discord server, running any prefix or command, clicking authorize, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy at Dinosaur Privacy. If you do not agree, do not add or use the Bot and remove it from your server.
If you add the Bot to a server, you represent that you have permission to do so (typically Manage Server) and that you have authority to bind that server to these Terms. Server owners are responsible for telling their members that the Bot is present.
The Bot is a Discord moderation tool. It may use one or more prefixes and slash commands to provide features such as warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, timeouts, automod, logging, utility commands, and server configuration. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.
The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. You must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and Developer Policy.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Bot in Discord servers you control or are authorized to manage. You do not own the Bot, its code, name, branding, or command list.
THE BOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Bot will be online, accurate, secure, error-free, or that commands will always execute, that moderation actions will succeed, that logs will be complete, or that data will not be lost.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Some places do not allow certain liability limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example, liability for our own fraud where that cannot be waived).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our operators from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your server; your staff’s use of commands; content processed by the Bot in your server; your violation of these Terms, Discord rules, or law; or any dispute between server members.
We may ignore commands, leave servers, reset data, blacklist users or guilds, or shut the Bot down at any time, for any reason or no reason, without liability. You may stop using the Bot by removing it from your server. Sections that should survive termination (including 5–7, 9–11) remain in effect.
We may change these Terms by posting an updated version at this URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, remove the Bot.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your location says otherwise.
To the extent a lawsuit is allowed at all under these Terms, you agree that the exclusive venue is the state courts located in Laurel County, Kentucky (London, Kentucky), or, if federal jurisdiction applies, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, London Division.
If you are a consumer and your local law forbids this venue clause, that local mandatory rule controls only to the extent required.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Bot. If one section is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them. Headings are for convenience only.
